How do you optimize your business while still growing it?

Hey there,

A question that has been top of mind is the following...

This question has been haunting me for months.

We're at the point in our business where our systems are fatigued.

They work, but probably won't work for much longer.

The issue is 2026 is a major growth year for us.

The fear is that if we spend time optimizing our systems, our business may not grow as we want it to.

And to be honest, I'm not sure I have the answers.

But what I do know is sometimes you have to take a step back to go forward.

And if we don't fix things now, they will only get worse in time.

And if we have a bigger company, then it will be a bigger problem then.

I can't help but go back to the quote "build the plane as you fly it."

And that's exactly how I feel.

We're just going to have to keep building and fixing things as they come up.

Otherwise, the plane will slow down, and we'll lose momentum.

And once you lose momentum, it's hard to get it back.
