I run growth at Nutre Meals, the Northeast's largest (and best) meal delivery service, help brands grow through my agency Kleos Media, and write about growth, personal development, and AI through my newsletter Feed the Funnel.

I write about the same stuff I do all day. Growth, operators, AI, building in public.

What I do

When I started at Nutre, I inherited a brand doing well but stuck.

Since then we’ve 4x’d revenue and nearly 4x’d our active customers.

Same team. Better systems.

Now I also do the same thing for other brands through Kleos: growth, creative, ops, and AI, usually all at once.

The point is leverage. Better data, better workflows, fewer fire drills.

Most teams don’t need more. They need less, in the right places.

My AI stack

Everyone talks about AI tools. I use them to kill 20 tiny frictions a day.

The tools aren’t the unlock. Clean data and real workflows are. The tools just plug in.

What I’m building

Small internal apps. Some polished, some duct tape. All of them delete work.

The AI advantage isn’t prompts. It’s centralized data and workflows that repeat, so nobody pulls reports by hand.

Nutre Meals

Healthy food without making it another chore.

I run growth, creative, acquisition, retention, lifecycle — and the systems that keep it moving.

It’s not ads and emails. It’s the loop. Learn from customers. Turn it into creative. Test it. Scale what works. Keep people past the first order. See problems early.

Kleos Media

Where I build growth and AI systems for teams that want more out of what they already have.

Not more dashboards. Not more meetings. Not more tools.

Sharper reporting. Faster creative. AI that actually knows the business. Decisions that happen faster.

Writing

Feed the Funnel. Growth, operators, AI, and how marketing teams are changing.

I’m not pretending I’ve got it figured out. I’m leaving a trail of what I’m noticing and what I’m changing my mind about.

The through line

My path was never linear. Used to bug me. Now I think it’s the whole point.

Every chapter handed me a piece I use today.

Kid: sports and instruments. Reps, rhythm, competition.

16: websites and eBay. Systems thinking before I had the word for it.

18: music and stocks. Creative met data.

22: property management. Keeping promises when people are counting on you.

23: real estate. The best pitch is listening better.

24: music group manager. Brand, taste, momentum.

25: NFTs. Early enough to get hit. Learned a lot.

26: agency work. The gap between ideas that sound good and systems that ship.

27: meal prep media. Deep reps in the category I now help grow.

28: CMO at Nutre. Turning all of it into leverage.

Looked like being unfocused. Was really intelligent sampling.

Tech taught me systems. Entertainment taught me brand. Real estate taught me sales. Agency taught me execution. Nutre taught me how it all holds up under pressure.

Now the job is turning reps into systems, and systems into leverage.
